below there are steps how to enable / disable windows task manager for windows OS.

- Click Start -> Run
- Type regedit
- Once the Registry Editor appears, click Edit -> Find
- Type DisableTaskMgr, and then click -> Find Next
- Click 2x DisableTaskMgr
- Change the value numbered 1 (one) to 0 (zero)
- Press Enter or click OK
- Done, try pressing Ctrl + Alt + Del.
