Click -> Start -> Run then type regedit and then look for this address
HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows \ Current Version \ Policies \ Explorer
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows \ Current Version \ Policies \ Explorer
In the right panel, see the DWORD value named NoFolderOptions exist or not? if there is, delete.
