how to enable / disable the run to the windows OS
below there are steps how to enable / disable the run to the windows OS

If Run is missing, open regedit via the Command Prompt
- Click Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Command Prompt
- type regedit
- Once the registry editor appears, click Edit -> Find
- Type NoRun, then click Find Next
- After the meet, it will show
- It appears that the DWORD value of NoRun is 1, then it should be changed to 0
- Click 2x on NoRun, change the value of the previous 1 to 0,
- Enter or click OK, then the value will change as shown below
- Press F3 to search for another NoRun data, do the conversion value of 1 to 0 on all existing NoRun. If all NoRun have value 0, close your windows registry
- Restart the computer, after that, try to press Win (Windows symbol) + R or click start -> run
